Katrina Larner (she/they) is a multimedia animator from California currently based in Providence, RI.

In the combination of her multidisciplinary practices, Katrina is creating a body of work that transforms and grows along with her. Jumping from tattooing, animation, and music allows her to find a place to tell stories of in-between spaces and characters that are not quite whole. Her visual style is tactile, textured, & dynamic. She enjoys exploring the intersection where design, form, iconography, and story meet using scrappy, low-tech processes.
Girls are the most interesting subjects,
in her opinion.

She recently graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in Film/Animation/Video. There, she completed her thesis film, Play Fight!, which continues to be screened at many festivals internationally. Inculding, but not limited to, Ottawa, Slamdance, LIAF, & Animafest Zagreb. Yay!!

Currently, she is working as a freelance animator: specializing in music videos, promotional short-form content, and other music-based work.
